Inside these follow along videos I offer exercise modifications throughout for those that are unable to perform certain exercises, however if there is anything you are struggling with, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to help.

TT30 Days 1-14

Note: Perform each routine at least once a week followed by one of the bodyweight cardio workouts below and/or a another form of cardiovascular exercise (walk, run, cycle, etc) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you feel like you can do more, then you can simply rotate the routines up to a maximum of 5 workouts in a week.
